Fast forward over four years and after relocating to Australia, I updated the PC that runs the software, but I couldn’t get any games to start. I shot an email to Bespoke, and they quickly responded, offering to connect to my computer remotely to troubleshoot the issue. We set up a time, and they successfully installed the necessary drivers—now everything's running smoothly. I really appreciate this outstanding support and look forward to enjoying many more years of gaming!

The highlight for me was when they retrofitted an LCD marquee in my Apex machine, which was a first for them. There were a few initial hiccups, but they handled everything with utmost care and professionalism. I was thrilled to contribute some of my own marquee designs for other Apex cabinets. I couldn't be more satisfied with the final result - it's my dream arcade! Big thanks to the team!!

I got myself a GT120, and it took about 6 weeks to get here since it was custom made. Let me tell ya, this machine blew us away! It's got 120 classic arcade games and that vintage vibe we were looking for. All the games are the real deal. I definitely recommend it. Plus, it’s decked out with my favorite football team’s colors.

After much digging, I decided on these folks because of a chat I had with them. It was clear they shared my enthusiasm for awesome retro gaming (maybe even more than I do). They guided me through every component and option, addressing all my queries. The only thing that kept me from giving a full 5 stars was that the delivery process could've been a bit smoother, and some emails got lost in the shuffle. Once we got it in, unboxed it, and fell in love with it - solid build, quality custom graphics, and everything was just as I asked.

About three months back, I got my GTX Stand Up machine delivered, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with both the product and the service from Bespoke Arcades.
